Very Important Note: 

These housings will be provided with a genuine Taptic engine  (vibrator motor). However, depending the type of iOS you are running, some taptic engines (vibrator motors) will ONLY work with the original motherboard of the iPhone as they are coded to work with each other. In other words, it is recommended to use the original vibrator motor from your existing iPhone to ensure 100% compatibility. You should know that you have to use your own battery if your own battery is still good because if you replace your battery then you will receive a message on your phone that your battery needs service even if you replace it with an original Apple battery because the battery is paired and coded with you motherboard.

Condition of a product is defined by its grading.

Detailed grading system can be referred to below:

• New - A Brand New product bought directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
• Refurbished - A Product Refurbished by third party. The product is network unlocked', data wiped', fully operational and functions as intended.

• Grade C - A product in Average Condition. It was pre-owned and will show obvious signs of wear and tear. Some products may have scratches', dents or nicks but will have no operational damage. The product is network unlocked', data wiped', fully operational and functions as intended.

Quality of a product gives information about the manufacturer, origin of the product:

• Genuine or Original - It refers to the original retail product sold by the Brand.
• OEM - OEM refers to the Original Equipment Manufacturer product which is made by the same manufacturer as that of a genuine product but is sold under a different company name. The product is identical to the original product even though the packaging might differ from the original retail product.
• Third Party - It refers to a product manufacturer by a third party for replacement or repairing purposes. The product functions as intended but might differ in physical appearance and quality.
